That’s why our consultancy is founded and led by industry professionals—not traditional recruiters or sales teams as is the case for many existing agencies. Here, we are built from qualified educators, experienced childcare specialists, and household management experts who have spent years raising children and helping families to flourish. Every individual on our team has either extensive, demonstrable experience working with children and families, a minimum master’s degree level of education, or both.

Several of our consultants hold qualifications in early years education and possess comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework. Others have specialised experience supporting children with SEND, including autism, ADHD and complex medical needs, who understand behaviour management not as discipline, but as a nuanced response to a child’s emotional and developmental needs. 

Beyond childcare, our expertise extends to household management and senior care. Our founder began her career supporting elderly clients, and we maintain this commitment to matching families with exceptional staff across all areas of domestic life—from highly skilled cooks and housekeepers to professional drivers and estate managers.
