Childcare professionals and personnel seeking employment must provide true, current, and complete details about their qualifications and experience.
5. Recruitment and Placement Process
NannyBase facilitates the introduction of childcare professionals and other private personnel to families. While we conduct thorough background checks and verification of qualifications, the final decision to hire remains the responsibility of the family or employer. Nannybase does not employ caregivers directly; we act solely as a placement and matching service.
6. Background Checks
NannyBase conducts background checks and verifies references for all nannies and personnel listed on our platform. However, families are encouraged to conduct their own interviews, request additional references, and perform any further checks necessary before hiring.
7. Payment and Fees
